NAMI Family-to-Family is a free education course for family, partners, friends and significant others of adults living with mental illness. The course shows family members how to understand and support loved ones without ignoring their own well being. We include up to the minute information on schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression and other serious mental health conditions as well as useful methods of dealing with everyday problems, medication side effects, plenty of time for questions, and a room full of understanding. Our services are always free to the participants, but we still have expenses. We are doing more now and we need more money to do it. Help us out! Donate!
We've been through it and we know the shortcuts. NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization, is dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness, their families and their caregivers.
